What I love about the home
Fantastic views of Three Private golf fairways, a small lake & mountains that seem to go on forever without seeing any other homes or condos. This lot was a $100,000.00 premium because of the view. A golf cart garage was added at a $50,000.00 cost about 15 years ago. Besides a golf cart, there is enough room for a motorcycle, pedal bikes & other storage items.Besides all of this, we have GREAT neighbors!! Being that our home is on the 16th. hole,the golf course workers are not out cutting grass & working till late morning, unlike homes on holes one thru twelve prox.
